Are you an international job seeker looking to build a career in Denmark? Networking is one of the most powerful tools at your disposal!

Why is networking important? Networking is essential because around 80% of jobs are filled through connections rather than being advertised. It’s the best way to find unadvertised positions. Plus, the relationships you build can give you access to hidden opportunities and lead to long-term career growth and support.

In this workshop, you will learn how to leverage your network to uncover job opportunities, build professional relationships, and navigate the Danish job market effectively.

This workshop is organized by Aarhus University's Expat Partner Programme, HEADSTART Career, and the International Employment Unit City of Aarhus. The workshop will be facilitated by Networking Expert Signe Holste.

Networking expert Signe Holste will guide you through:

• How to build and expand your network as an expat in Denmark
• Practical strategies for using your network to find job opportunities
• Techniques for maintaining and nurturing professional relationships over time

After the workshop, you will:

• Understand the principles of effective networking in the Danish job market
• Have a clear strategy for expanding your network and using it in your job search
• Gain confidence in building relationships that support your professional goals
