Blixens, Brabrand OR onlineJob searching in Denmark may be different from what you are used to in your home country. We get many questions about how companies’ screen applications, and so do Aarhus Municipality’s International Employment Unit, and Aarhus University’s Expat Partner Programme. Thus, the three of us decided to join forces and host an event, where you can get answers from the horse’s mouth; the recruiters themselves.
Join this event and get a deeper understanding of the recruitment process and how you can increase your chances of getting through the first screening and to the job interview.
SIGN UP IS MANDATORY
Problems signing up? Contact hbj@erhvervaarhus.dk
At the event, you will listen to short presentations from recruiters from Mascot, Whistleblower Software, Grundfos, Dynaudio and Eurowind Energy, each with their approach to recruitment.
After the presentations, we will pose the questions you have for the recruiters, e.g.:
Who within the company is typically involved in the recruitment process and who is responsible for what?
Do you use automated processes for screening applications and selecting candidates – if yes, how do they work?
Do you use LinkedIn in the recruitment process – how do you use LinkedIn and how can I make myself easier to be found? Can I connect with you?
What does a great CV look like? And a great cover letter?
And most likely many more!
Get ready for an informative two-hour event and get valuable advice and insights for your next job application!
Would you like to attend online? Make yourself a cup of coffee, prepare your notebook and join the workshop online!
