Welcome event for newcomers in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality

This welcome event for international newcomers in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality takes place in WOW Park in Højmark. WOW Park is an amusement park for the whole family, where you can have an active and fun day together. At the welcome event you will have the opportunity of meeting other international newcomers, employees from the settlement team of the municipality and some of our local volunteer welcome ambassadors. 

Programme:

• 11.00 am: Welcome by Hans Østergaard, Mayor of Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality
• 11.05 am: Do you know Internationals Ringkøbing-Skjern? /Antoniya Petkov
• 11.15 am: Coffee, tea, lemonade, bun and cake
• 11.15 am: Visit our information stand and get information from:
  • UCplus Sprogcenter Ringkøbing-Skjern
  • Beskæftigelse og Borgerservice
  • FrivilligVest.dk
  • Bydelsmødre
  • Den ukrainske forening Lastivka-Vest
  • Headstart Career
• 12.55 pm: End of official part of programme
• 1 pm: Free play in WOW Park which closes at 5 pm 

We welcome and register people from 10.30 am. In order to participate you must arrive not 
later than 10.55 am. 

You can buy food at the park or bring your own.
